Omar Javaid
Chief Executive Officer
Omar Javaid is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of experience in driving sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence across the technology sector. He formerly served serving as Chief Product Officer at Avaya, where he was responsible for leading product development across the company’s global portfolio, partnerships, and alliances.
Throughout his career, Omar has demonstrated a proven ability to build high-performing teams, execute successful global product launches, and deliver innovative solutions that drive business success. Prior to his role at Avaya, he was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Software at Qualcomm, overseeing the company’s worldwide software portfolio. Omar has also held senior leadership positions at Vonage, Hewlett-Packard, Google, and Motorola.
As the CEO and co-founder of Mobilocity, Omar led the company to a successful acquisition by Qualcomm. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan and has completed executive programs at both Harvard Business School and Stanford University.

Ronald J. Pasek
Interim Chief Financial Officer
Ronald J. Pasek is currently the Chairman and acting Chief Financial Officer at Spectra7 Microsystems, Inc. Additionally, he serves as an Independent Director at Complete Solaria, Inc.
Previously, Mr. Pasek held positions as an Independent Director at Zendesk, Inc. in 2022.
Mr. Pasek was Chief Financial Officer & Senior Vice President at Altera Corp. from 2009 to 2016 and Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President at NetApp, Inc. from 2016 till his retirement in 2020.
Mr. Pasek obtained an undergraduate degree from San Jose State University and an MBA from Santa Clara University.

Steffen Hahn
Senior Vice President of Engineering
Prior to joining Spectra7, Steffen Hahn ran Engineering at Kumu Networks, where he pioneered its unique same-channel “Full Duplex” technology and designed custom SoCs (Systems on Chip) using Silicon on Insulator technologies. Before Kumu, he was VP of Engineering at Scintera Networks (now ADI) working on fully stand-alone Power Amplifier linearization chips. Prior to Scintera, he was VP of Engineering at Intersil / Quellan (acquisition), developing noise cancellation solutions for cellular and handheld GPS devices as well as high-speed equalizer products for copper cables, and at Airgo Networks (acquired by Qualcomm), where he worked on miniaturizing the first WiFi MIMO systems. His early career he spent at Philips Semiconductors on developing the technology and design environment for chips on glass substrates as well as modelling on-chip devices.
Hahn holds an M.S. degree from RWTH Aachen in Germany and has 41 granted patents.

Marc Correa
Vice President of Operations
Marc Correa joined Spectra7 in August 2024 as Vice President of Operations. Marc has greater than 40yrs of industry experience at major Integrated Device Manufacturers (ST Microelectronics, Micrel Semiconductor etc.), Fabless Semiconductor Companies (Airgo Networks, GigOptix etc.) and Distribution (Arrow Electronics). The breadth of his hands-on experience spans Operations and Manufacturing, New Product Development, Program Management, Product and Test Engineering, Quality & Reliability, Marketing, Large Scale Data Analytics and Software Development. The products covered were Analog, RF, MMIC and Digital implemented in various CMOS, SiGe, GaAs and InP technologies.
His expertise is in driving New Products into high volume production quickly and cost effectively.
Marc has a BSEE and MSEE from Georgia Tech
