Ronald J. Pasek
Chairman
Ron Pasek joined the Spectra7 Board in August of 2015. Mr. Pasek was the former CFO at NetApp, and prior to that, CFO of Altera Corporation before the company was acquired by Intel Corporation. Mr. Pasek also served as vice president and corporate treasurer at Sun Microsystems before his roles at Altera and NetApp. In his 19 years at Sun, he also held a variety of other positions in finance, including vice president of worldwide field finance, worldwide manufacturing finance, and U.S. field finance.

Roger Maggs
Director
Roger Maggs followed a 27-year career at Alcan Aluminum, with senior postings around the world, including three Vice Presidencies of the global company, based in Montréal, Québec. In 1994, he left Alcan and co-founded Celtic House, a leading Canadian venture capital fund. Mr. Maggs earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Wales, and a Master's degree from Warwick Business School in the UK. He was made an honorary fellow of his college in 1998. Over his career, Mr. Maggs has held directorships on more than 30 public and private boards including Xcerra (Nasdaq :XCRA) and was chairman of Sandvine (TSX: SVC). In 2019 he was made an MBE of Great Britain.

Christopher W. Morgan
Director
Christopher Morgan was a partner at the international law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and managed the firm’s Toronto office. During his 30 years at Skadden, he represented issuers and underwriters in cross-border public and private equity and debt financings by Canadian entities in the United States and other world securities markets. He advised clients in financings under the Canada/U.S. Multijurisdictional Disclosure System, as well as in a variety of other cross-border public and Rule 144A offerings and private placements.
Mr. Morgan routinely represented public companies with respect to disclosure issues, corporate governance and compliance with applicable securities laws. He also represented Canadian companies in friendly and hostile cross-border transactions, including tender and exchange offers, mergers, asset acquisitions and divestitures, and reorganizations. In addition, he counseled financial advisors and special committees of directors in such transactions.
Mr. Morgan lectures on cross-border securities law topics and repeatedly has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in Canada for corporate law and Who’s Who Legal for Capital Markets.

Raouf Halim
Director
Beginning in 2014, Raouf Halim served as CEO and co-founder of icClarity, developing a disruptive 3D video capture solution for applications in AR/VR, mobile, and automotive markets. Prior to icClarity he served for ten years as president, CEO, & board member of Mindspeed Technologies, where he rebuilt the executive team, repositioned their product portfolio, and executed a successful growth strategy for high-performance analog. Previously, Halim was a senior vice president and general manager at Conexant Systems, Inc., formerly Rockwell Semiconductor Systems. Mr. Halim joined Rockwell in 1991 and held a number of senior business and technical positions, including vice president, and design leader for VLSI engineering. He began his career at Hayes Microcomputer Products developing first-of-their-kind technologies and applications. Mr. Halim’s Master’s degree in electrical engineering was earned at Georgia Institute of Technology, and his bachelor’s degree in communications and electro physics was received from the University of Alexandria, Egypt. Mr. Halim holds 14 patents, and is active in a number of industry and community organizations as well as several advisory roles within the University of California, Irvine.
